I searched about the topic "Real Property" because my brother who's in college is making a review about this topic and he asked for my idea. It's timely because it's weekend and I got time to research for it and my knowledge about it is expanded.
In the common law real property (or realty) refers to one of the two main classes of property, the other being personal property. Real property generally encompasses land, land improvements resulting from human effort including buildings and machinery sited on land, and various property rights over the preceding.

This topic makes me think about our rich landowner. She's managing lots of multi-unit apartment buildings here in Hatyai and in Bangkok. I just wonder if she ever get tired of managing her rental property ? My hubby told me that wealthy people don't worry about who'll manage their real properties because there are companies who will help managing their real properties. One of them is the Real Property Management.
Real Property Management (RPM) specializes in the management of single family homes, multi-unit apartment buildings, and homeowner’s associations. This company has managed tens of thousands of rental properties nationwide for over 20 years with a professional, well-trained staff of property managers, maintenance personnel, and accountants. Their good services make it possible for them to be the recipient of "Franchise of the Year Honorable Mention" award. Furthermore, RPM Midwest was featured in the Bizjournal of Cincinnati and Columbus and it joins the National Association of Residential Property Managers to ensure the highest standards in property management services. In fact, The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC) , known as Freddie Mac (a government sponsored enterprise (GSE) of the United States federal government) has signed an exclusive agreement with Real Property Management to manage the new REO Rental Initiative.
So, if you're tired of managing your rental property yourself or maybe you are just tired of your current property management company or paying those leasing fees contact Real Property Management today and they will show you how you could save hundreds of dollars per year, and get better service!
Thanks for the information.
