Wanna be a certified ethical hacker?

I just finished watching Die Hard 4- Live Free or Die Hard. In here, Bruce Willis returns as NYPD Detective John McClane, one of the toughest cops on the force and a guy you always want on your side when things get dicey. In this fil, you'll find McClane off to collect computer hacker Matt Farrell (Long) who unknowingly involved himself in a cyber terrorist plot to disrupt the United States' infrastructure. Farrell's reluctantly pulled into McClane's pursuit of the mastermind behind the crippling cyber attack. The old school detective and the computer savvy geek are all that's stopping Tom Gabriel (Olyphant) from getting away with billions.

In the movie, Farrel's being a computer hacker brings peril into his life but don't you know that in real-life companies are looking for Certified Ethical Hacker-a skilled professional who understands and knows how to look for the weaknesses and vulnerabilities in target systems and uses the same knowledge and tools as a malicious hacker to tighten their IT Security and defend their network from hackers? Isn't this cool?

Don't give me that suspicious look...*wide grin*...What I'm telling you is the truth. Now, you're going to ask me " How would I become a Certified Ethical Hacker?" Is there some sort of a training institution that will certify me as one?"

The International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants or EC-Council| iClass Platform is the EC-Council's the official training division for this. All courses are delivered online using an advanced web conferencing / communication platform. All Classes are taught by Certified EC-Council Instructors providing an experience as close to the physical classroom as possible.

They offer the following categories:

-Security Fundamentals
-Ethical Hacking
-Penetration Testing
-Computer Forensics

-Disaster Recovery
-Secure Programming

You could just select your area of interest and join EC-Council for their next available iClass to discover all the benefits of EC Council certification without the added expense of travel.

For me, I'd like to join EC Council for the fact that hundreds of IT Professionals have already joined. They claimed that it's been a great experience for them to attend this outstanding and informative web cast for their teaching methodology was exceptional plus they are offering FREE, One day, First LOOK! IT Security Events! Who could ask for more?

Maybe you'll have a follow-up question that may state like this:"Ok, I'll take the course, be a Certified Hacker and then what?" Before I'll answer this let me first emphasize CERTIFIED ETHICAL HACKER, people please let us not forget the word "ethical".The goal of the ethical hacker is to help the organization take preemptive measures against malicious attacks by attacking the system himself; all the while staying within legal limits. This philosophy stems from the proven practice of trying to catch a thief, by thinking like a thief. As technology advances and organization depend on technology increasingly, information assets have evolved into critical components of survival.

Now let's answer the question. Don't you know that being a certified ethical hacker ranks number 2 of the 6 unusual highest-paying careers? The top 50 percent of computer scientists earned between $97,970 and $123,900 in 2007. Whew! That's a large lump of money!

Maybe, you're now jumping on your seats and start thumping on your computers to ask more from me, I suggest you'll visit EC-Council for clarifications and questions.
